Part of the philosophy of youth service programs is to provide meaningful opportunities for young people to be engaged in fun, safe and meaningful activities. These activities are designed to help community youth feel good about personal achievements, meet new friends, have fun in a safe environment, act responsibly and whenever possible to give back in some way to the community. Programs include: Lanterns Mentoring Program, Summer Youth Theater, Teen Center, Bon Appetite Cooking Club, Project Graduation, and the CHORES Youth Employment Program. AHM also partners on special youth events with the police, and local recreation departments for projects such as the annual Youth and Police Pool League, the summer teen camp and more.  Click here for more information
